At Hello Group, we know that brand and business problems are essentially people problems. So when our clients come to us for solutions, we focus on their customers. By solving customers’ problems and meeting customers’ needs, we solve our clients’ problems. And because all our solutions – whether digital or offline – are built on a solid strategic foundation, we can truly call ourselves a full hybrid agency.

Your strengths must include conceptualization and graphic design and your work should speak for itself in these areas. You need experience in defining and/or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines, experience in overseeing Art Direction on photo shoots/film shoots, and the ability to convey an idea through illustrations (sketches). Last but not least, you need be comfortable communicating in both English and Danish, whether you’re briefing the design team or presenting work to clients.
You will work on one of our key accounts, influencing the visual identity of a global pharma company with a leading position in its sector. You will have joint responsibility with the design lead for ensuring that the final execution remains faithful to the creative vision on every one of this company’s projects. These projects will be enormously varied, and include corporate branding, digital solutions, sales materials (both on-and offline), and event branding. You will also work with the design lead and the design/studio manager to improve the efficiency of the design team. Your understanding of performance data (metric tests, usability studies) will allow you to respond to results and steer the direction of future creative designs.
Your skills include proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Fireworks.
You are both an ambitious self-starter and a team-player. Dedicated to excellence, you are able to inspire those around you to the same dedication. You are also adept at taking client briefs and briefing colleagues in turn.
You are passionate about advertising, communication, web design and online marketing and are aware of key trends in these areas. You are aware of the importance of information architecture, usability, and UI Design to digital products.
We offer a great place to work. Hybrid agencies are all about versatile talents, and they know that their employees are their number 1 assets. That’s what makes our working culture at Hello so special: we value our people. And because our people come from all over the world, our culture is international and our corporate language is English.
Our funky office – located in trendy Kødbyen – is also a great place to have fun. When we’re not solving people problems, we like to let off steam with regular Friday bars, annual ski trips and – best of all – our annual Hello Group summer party at Roskilde.
